Artwork Guidelines

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Follow these best practice artwork guidelines to ensure an efficient proofing
process and high-quality prints.

Detailed Classification Description

Graphics Using Website Templates

Templates for our displays can be found on their respective product pages. To access these templates, use the dropdown menu labeled "Download Graphic Template(s)." The templates will open in your browser by default. To save them to your local drive, click the download icon in the top-right corner of the browser window.

Submitting Final Artwork

We prefer final artwork to be submitted in PDF, AI, EPS, or PSD formats. We also accept high-resolution image files and Adobe InDesign files, provided all linked elements are included. Please note that changes to flattened PSD files and image formats like JPEG, PNG, and TIFF are very limited. We do not currently accept Canva files.

Image Resolution Guidelines

Images used in our templates should have a resolution between 72 DPI and 150 DPI. Some templates are designed at half scale to fit within the maximum canvas size of Photoshop and Illustrator. For half-scale templates, the resolution should be at least 200 DPI. To ensure your images are the correct resolution, zoom into your artwork at 100% magnification.

Bleed Instructions

Most templates include a bleed area. To ensure your artwork has the correct bleed, extend the background to fill the entire document or artboard. Additional bleed or crop marks are not needed.

Embedding Images

Embed all images rather than linking them. This ensures you upload a complete print-ready file. This is especially important for Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign files.

CMYK Color Mode

Our display graphics are printed using the CMYK color process. RGB, HEX, and Pantone colors will be converted to CMYK. We aim to match your branding colors as closely as possible, but for precise color matching, we recommend requesting a hard proof or consulting with your assigned designer to discuss color matching options.
